This competition invited 50 renowned chefs from various catering companies and vocational schools throughout China. It presented five categories: hot dishes, cold dishes, noodles, soups, and desserts. Contestants used Litong ecological milk as either a primary or supplementary ingredient, with the requirement to independently prepare two dishes within a 90-minute timeframe.

As the golden industry of the Litong district, the dairy industry has collaborated with universities and research institutes to establish professor workstations and grassland animal industry doctoral workstations, building a high-level research platform system. It has led to the birth of Ningxia's first cloned high-yield dairy cow, with an annual output of high-quality embryos reaching up to 10,000.
