Ningxia wine brand tops 2025 China valuation

The wine from Helan Mountain's East Foothill Wine Region, a famous wine brand from Ningxia Hui autonomous region, ranks 8th in the 2025 China Brand Value Evaluation Information regional brand list, with a brand value of 34.02 billion yuan ($4.73 billion).

As a public welfare co-organized by the China Council for Brand Development, the China Brand Value Evaluation Information List aims to establish a Chinese characteristic brand value evaluation mechanism and create positive energy for Chinese brands. This year, a total of 1,068 brands took part in the evaluation process, including enterprises across a wide range of industries, and 779 of these brands were recognized and announced.

The Helan Mountain's East Foothills has become China's largest contiguous wine-producing area for estate-grown wines, where premium winemaking integrates with cultural tourism experiences.

During the brand value evaluation information release, a conference was held to boost consumption and help rural vitalization through brand promotion.
