The Xixia Imperial Tombs were added to the World Heritage List on July 11, during the 47th Session of the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO in Paris, becoming China's 60th World Heritage site. Ningxia Hui autonomous region achieved zero breakthrough in World Cultural Heritage.

The Xixia Imperial Tombs have launched innovative experiential programs featuring holographic projections, virtual archaeology, and immersive performances. To cater to diverse visitor demographics, the site has meticulously developed eight themed educational programs covering textbook-aligned tours, cultural experiences, and science popularization activities.

Three specialized tour routes like "Time Travel to Xixia" have been introduced to satisfy demand for in-depth cultural experiences. Leveraging international cultural tourism expos and cross-border partnerships, the mausoleum now offers Xixia-themed transnational tour packages to attract global visitors.

In cultural creative product development, the Xixia Imperial Tombs, together with attractions like the Helan Mountains, have leveraged their cultural heritage resources to launch a new line of creative merchandise.

The collection includes jewelry, refrigerator magnets, and other innovative products, achieving success in terms of both cultural promotion and economic returns.

Leveraging the Helan Mountain's East Foothills as a core IP, the region has integrated resources like rock art, Shapotou, and Sand Lake to create the premier travel route.

By synergizing with the Ningxia wine industry to enhance cross-industry collaboration, the region has also cultivated events like the Xixia Historical Culture Tourism Festival, upgrading international-standard amenities such as dining, accommodation, and entertainment.
