My name is Chu Fengmin, I am a general manager of Ningxia Yili Group Co Ltd.
The company won the National May 1 Labor Medal.
On behalf of the company, I participate in the press conference for the winners of the 2022 Labor Day Award in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.
I feel very honored because this is not only an acknowledgement of Yili's dedication in Ningxia's dairy industry for more than a decade and an encouragement for all Ningxia's dairy practitioners, but also a commendation of Ningxia's high-quality development in the large-scale industry.
Under the strong leadership of the Ningxia government, Yili has been expanding its investment by a total of 6 billion yuan ($892.2 million) over the past ten years, improving the overall social and economic benefits of Ningxia's dairy industry.
In 2021, Ningxia Yili's annual revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan, and its annual output surpassed 1 million tons, a major achievement of China's dairy industry.
On the other hand, Ningxia Yili has always cared for employees. In fact, Yili has raised their wages for 17 consecutive years.
