On Jan 16, with the approach of Spring Festival, the Science and Technology Department of Ningxia (Foreign Experts Bureau) visited the high-end foreign experts of Ningxia Little Giant Machine Tool Co Ltd, Ningxia Hanas Liquefied Natural Gas Co Ltd, Ningxia Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, and North Minzu University, and delivered New Year blessings, gifts and epidemic prevention kits.
The staff held in-depth exchanges with foreign experts on their work and lives in Ningxia, and expressed their sincere gratitude for their contributions to local economic and social development.
When presenting the Spring Festival couplets, the staff explained the meaning of the contents to foreign experts in detail and conveyed their blessings for Chinese New Year.
"We are very grateful for the Spring Festival gifts. Hopefully there will be more activities we can participate in to learn about Chinese culture," said Yang Zhixiang, a foreign expert from Ningxia Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences.
In recent years, the Science and Technology Department of Ningxia (Foreign Experts Bureau) has worked hard to carry out services for foreign experts, and coordinated with relevant departments to provide greater convenience for them to work, stay, seek medical treatment and live in Ningxia.
Ningxia will continue to convey preferential policies to foreign experts, listen to their opinions and suggestions, and provide talents with high-quality services, so as to assist in the high-quality development of science and technology innovation.
